When choosing a delivery option, Customers should keep in mind that Priority Mail service provides package tracking. As Priority Mail packages can have postage affixed at our facility and be picked up by the Letter Carrier, once an order sent via Priority Mail service has entered the mail stream, Customers receive an e-mail alert directly from the U.S. Postal Service containing the tracking information.

First-Class Mail service with Delivery Confirmation only provides the date and time of delivery, not tracking. First-Class mail packages require transport to a Post Office facility. However, for local Orders or those containing Samples or Gift Certificates, often Zosimos Botanicals LLC customers find First-Class mail service to be a more economical alternative.

Regardless of the shipping option chosen, upon Order completion, Zosimos Botanicals attempts to send the Customer an e-mail notification indicating the date of intended mailing. Zosimos Botanicals LLC is not responsible for loss or damage incurred once possession of any package is transferred to the Postal Service.

There is no minimum Order. We offer free shipping on Orders over $50.00 within the continental United States. The $50.00 threshold for free shipping is calculated on the total after deduction of any applicable coupons or gift certificates. Order fulfillment is processed within 72 hours of online order placement. However, as all of Zosimos Botanicals products are handcrafted, at times additional delays may be incurred.

International Shipping
We are pleased to accept international orders. International orders will be sent either via Global Express Mail service or Airmail Letter Post with Registered service. Packages sent via these methods feature tracking data which enable international customers to determine the expected arrival date.
