Due to the personal nature of cosmetics and skincare products, we do not
accept returns. In other words, for hygienic reasons, cosmetics, skincare
and brushes cannot be returned. Zosimos Botanicals LLC is unable to
accept returns while still guaranteeing purity of product to its
Customers. All sales are final.
Please request samples first. Low cost samples of all products are available.
Due to the qualities of natural ingredients, there can be slight
variations in color, viscosity and scent of products from batch to batch.
During seasonal temperature changes natural products can become thinner or
thicker.
Products will be replaced, not refunded, if there is a shipping error on
our part, or damage during shipping.
Replacements are unavailable for mistakenly ordering the wrong product,
disliking the color or scent of a product, shelf life issues, or products
that have been altered in any way.
