We ship worldwide. International orders can be shipped via First Class Mail International service ("First Class") or Priority Mail International service. Packages sent via Priority Mail International feature tracking data which allows customers to determine the expected arrival date.
First Class is less expensive but does not offer tracking. Zosimos Botanicals strongly recommends that International customers choose a shipping method with tracking. Choosing First Class waives the right to make a claim of loss against Zosimos Botanicals.
If an international package is lost, and a replacement package is
requested, it must be sent via Priority Mail International and the
Customer must pay for the shipping fees. As of April 2015, packages
have successfully been delivered to the following countries: Australia,

Zosimos Botanicals shipping is calculated on the weight of the items in an Order. The shipping module uses the same rates as the United States Postal Service. We do not charge anything additional for "handling."
The exact postage rate can be calculated by placing items in the Shipping Cart and choosing either First Class or Priority Mail International, then adding your Delivery Address. After viewing the postage amount, it is not mandatory to continue with the payment process.

Locate your country, then scroll down to the chart of First Class Mail International packages (small packets) and Priority Mail International.
It is important to note that any products in a bottle or jar will not be packaged in an envelope, but in a parcel, to avoid crushing. For example, a bottle of Toner will not be mailed in a Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. It must be packaged in a box.
Duties and Taxation
Zosimos Botanicals, LLC is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Zosimos Botanicals, LLC will not pay import fees that your country may impose, nor will any refund, or exchange issue for brokerage fees or custom fees.
Orders Held Up At Your Country's Border and Disposal Issues
Any country or nation, at anytime, can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Zosimos Botanicals, LLC and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities. In the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and, Zosimos Botanicals, LLC will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into their respective country and what is not.
