All products are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. We offer First-Class
Mail® service with Delivery Confirmation&trade ("First Class") and Priority
Mail® service. Packages are sent First Class unless they weigh over 13
ounces. The Postal Services requires packages over 13 ounces to be sent
Priority Mail. Priority Mail service provides package tracking. First
Class only provides the date and time of delivery, not tracking.
The Zosimos Botanicals studio is not open to walk-in traffic, but you are
welcome to make a "will call" appointment to pick up an Order.
All Orders over $125.00 within the continental United States are shipped
free. The $125.00 is calculated after deduction of any coupons or gift
certificates.
Zosimos Botanicals LLC is not responsible for loss or damage once packages
are possessed by the Postal Service.
The exact cost of postage can be easily calculated in advance by adding
the desired products to a shopping cart. Proceed to checkout and complete
your name and address information. Click "Continue" and view the total
postage due. Zosimos Botanicals does not receive any information until
after payment information is entered and the "Place Order" button is
clicked. There is absolutely no obligation to proceed with the payment
process after viewing the postage amount. The chosen items simply remain
in the Shopping Cart if not purchased at that time.
