Terms & Conditions

There is no minimum order. To cancel or change an order, please contact us within 2 hours from placement of the order. It is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the State of Maryland. If a delivery is refused by a customer, all shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee for the order will be billed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Missing merchandise or errors in Order Fulfillment must be reported to Zosimos Botanicals within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, Zosimos Botanicals will conclude that the order was accurately fulfilled.
Personal Checks
When making a payment by personal check, please make the check payable to Zosimos Botanicals LLC. We do wait for checks to clear at the bank before sending merchandise, so, if you need something very quickly, you may wish to pay using PayPal, our credit card processor.
