There is no minimum order.
To cancel or change an
order, please contact us within 2 hours from placement of the order.
It is required by law
to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the State of Maryland. If a
delivery is refused by a customer, all shipping costs plus a 10% restocking
fee for the order will be billed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Missing merchandise or errors in Order Fulfillment must be reported to
Zosimos Botanicals within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, Zosimos
Botanicals will conclude that the order was accurately fulfilled.
Personal Checks
When making a payment by personal check, please make the check payable to Zosimos Botanicals LLC. We do wait for checks to clear at the bank before
sending merchandise, so, if you need something very quickly, you may wish to
pay using PayPal, our credit card processor.
Order Fullfillment Process
Currently, it takes about 3-5 business days before an Order is ready to be shipped. We handle them in the sequence that they are received. Typically, when a retail Order is placed, there are approximately 20 already pending. There
are always approx. 13 being completed. As soon
as an Order is packed up, an email is sent to the customer containing the Delivery Confirmation number.
Since everything is made fresh, items are not simply taken from a shelf and placed into a box. Our exclusive cosmetics are created from scratch using raw materials in the studio. Zosimos Botanicals does not handcraft its products in advance of orders. As a green business, to eliminate waste, everything is pre-sold and produced according to demand. The pencil being mailed to you was made today. We hope that gives you some insight into what happens on our end. Our process ensures that you get the freshest products possible!
